Trisha R. Higgins, CPA

Trisha Higgins joined the staff of the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation in 2002. As Executive Vice President and CFO, Trisha oversees all aspects of the financial and operational administration of the Foundation.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Trisha was Senior Accountant at Harry Margolis & Company, later Concannon, Gallagher, Miller and Company in Bethlehem, where she was primarily responsible for auditing non-profit organizations.

Since 2016, Trisha has served on the board of the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley. She is currently the chair of the Audit Committee.  She previously served on the board for the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley and has served in many roles in her hometown of Lehighton through involvement with school and youth sports organizations in support of her children and her community. She is a very active member with the Lehigh Valley Chapter of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association.

Trisha was honored as the Nonprofit CFO of the Year by Lehigh Valley Business in 2014 and received the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley Carbon County champion award in 2018.

Trisha is a native of Jim Thorpe and graduated from Muhlenberg College where she earned a B.A. in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
