Mary Sinibaldi Mancino

Administrative Assistant

Mary Sinibaldi Mancino joined the staff at the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation in February 2025 as Administrative Assistant. As Administrative Assistant she supports the Foundation staff in Community Investments and Donor Services with office projects to enhance their primary responsibilities. 

Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Mary spent her career in higher education focused on enrollment within the community college sector. Her work at Northampton Community College enabled her to assist first generation students with the college admission process, adult students with job retraining, and all families navigate enrollment steps for a successful start. In addition to her work in admissions, Mary served as Director of Student Services at the college’s Pocono Campus and then held the position of college Registrar. She also served on several college committees, presented at regional and national conferences, and was an adjunct professor for college success, a credit orientation course for first semester students.

Mary moved to the Lehigh Valley from western Pennsylvania. She earned her B.S. in Elementary Education from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and her M.S. in Higher Education from University of Central Missouri.
