Safe Start Fund
The Safe Start Fund was established in 2003 with the transfer of assets from the Child Advocacy Fund, a temporary, donor-advised fund of the Foundation. The Safe Start Fund provides support for the Safe Start program of Community Services for Children, at their Donley Campus in Allentown, Pa., and is intended to particularly assist ‘fragile families.’
