Lehigh Valley Funders Network

The Funders’ Network is a dynamic network of dozens of funding organizations, foundations, and philanthropists across the greater Lehigh Valley. These funders are committed to supporting efforts that create sustainable, prosperous, and equitable communities in the region.

Objectives of LVFN

The LVFN exists to support and encourage impactful philanthropy in the region by providing opportunities for funders to share best practices that inform effective giving, build relationships among peers, and the opportunity to collaborate for action.

Membership Structure

Ten Founding Leaders of the LVFN are members of the LVFN Advisory Board. Advisory Board members will meet twice a year with the Executive Director to review membership, identify opportunities for education and regional philanthropic empowerment, and set a calendar of meetings and events. Advisory Board Members are representatives from:

• Crayola
• Just Born
• Lehigh Valley Community Foundation
• PPL
• Harry C. Trexler Trust
• Two Rivers Health and Wellness Foundation
• United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley
• Olympus
• Martin Guitar Foundation

The LVFN meetings are open to those individuals and organizations in the Greater Lehigh Valley who are employed by or represent the following entities:

• Corporate foundations / company giving programs.
• Community foundations.
• Donor-advised funds and holders of funds.
• Grantmaking public charities and public foundations.
• Grantmaking intermediaries.
• Giving circles and funder collaboratives.
• Private, independent, and family foundations.
• Endowed operating foundations.
