Established in 2005, the Fund was created to honor and keep alive the memory of Justin Sheftel who was killed shortly after his graduation from Parkland Area High School. Grants from the Fund support a variety of organizations.  Because Justin was an avid baseball fan, many grants have been specifically directed to support programs that relate to youth and baseball.
