The Jack Pressmann Memorial Fund
The Jack Pressmann Memorial Fund (formerly The Jack Pressmann Memorial Scholarship Fund) was established in August of 2009 shortly after the sudden death of Jack Pressmann, former state representative, coach and teacher due to an accident on a charitable hiking mission in the Sierra Mountains. Jack’s son, Sean Pressmann, and other family members and friends established the fund to honor the memory of Jack Pressmann and his extensive service to the community. The fund has held numerous events to benefit children’s charities, including tuition assistance, support for food programs, pediatric cancer research and blood donation education as well as an endowment fund for Mercy Special Learning Center and the Hillside School.
Gifts in the form of a check can be made payable to The Jack Pressmann Memorial Fund and mailed to The Lehigh Valley Community Foundation, 840 West Hamilton Street, Suite 310, Allentown, PA 18101. Gifts can also be made via credit card by clicking the link below.
