Dolly Haltzman Foundation for the Arts Fund
Established in 2006 by the children of the late Dolly Haltzman, this Fund memorializes and honors their mother, who was a beloved teacher of dance in the Lehigh Valley. The Fund provides grants as recommended by the donors.
