Dr. Joseph A. Perna & Hilda Ramos Perna Memorial Scholarship Fund
Begun in 1997 by Dr. Perna, this Fund provides scholarship assistance to female students at Case Western Reserve University, with preference given to students of Cuban descent who are studying finance.
Dr. Perna was a teacher at Lehigh University and his wife, who competed in the Pan-American games in track and field, was a public school teacher.
