Truman L. Frey, Jr. Scholarship Fund
Established in 1970, this Fund memorializes Truman Frey, a Bethlehem business and civic leader who served as president of the Bethlehem Area Chamber of Commerce. Scholarships from the Fund are awarded to Liberty High School students. Recipients are selected by a committee which includes the principal and guidance counselors of the High School. Truman L. Frey is a member of the Lehigh Valley High School Basketball Hall of Fame. He was inducted posthumously in 2009.
